The receptionist I think her name was either Alessia or Alyssa told me one day when I came in that she didn't know the credentials for the machine and that she would have to cancel my appointment while she resolved this issue for her later appointments that day. Horrible place overall definitely avoid if possible!

I wanted to tell anyone who may be nervous about starting treatment . I was extremely anxious about starting the on the first day. Dr Pitch immediately sensed how I was feeling and spoke to me as if we already knew each other. I knew his concern and care was genuine. During treatment I have been very lucky to have 3 technicians work with me Allessia Danielle and Christina. Each of them treated me with so much respect and kindness. They talked with me and empathized They did not judge my tears and sadness even though I judge myself. This whole time I have felt very safe and respected. I thank them all very much.

I have been a patient at Long Island Neurocare seeing Dr. Najar, who I love. I have dealt with Margaret on many occasions and never had a good experience. I find Margaret to be condescending, unhelpful and simply rude. In my opinion, you should not work at an office dealing with mental health patients with such a bad attitude!!

Dr. Nijar is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly. She returns your calls immediately and Dr. Nijar is very kind, attentive to all that you to have addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Nijar for treatment and I finally found relief for my health issues after such a difficult time with her amazing guidance.

I am not going to comment on the efficacy of this treatment. It’s hard to gauge. What is aggravating about this practice is the billing and collecting. When you have insurance that is out of network, they will take your business. However, if you change insurance because your job switched insurance companies, they will not call you back, let alone schedule you. Once my sons company was changed, Dr. Pitch would not even return a phone call to work something out for maintenance sessions. The only way I could schedule is to pay $500 per session. He would not work with the new BCBS insurance plan. That’s unethical to do to a patient, especially if they are an existing patient. Advice: Don’t call unless you have money to spend to the tune of $2500 per week, or have out of network coverage, and even then it will be a hassle. Go with a provider that takes coverage.
