I had a horrifying visit at Dr Alita Saritha office.
My insurance says on my card to pay $30 to specialist. She Out at loud demanded $104. She threatened me if i dont pay $104 now then she will stop prescribing me the meds. She mentioned her insurance takes lot of time to pay her. So she is hiking up the price upfront from her own patients. She is irritated, unorganized and mannersless.Her facility is One man show and understaffed. As soon as you enter You will feel this business is cutting corners.More interestingly when I denied not to pay what she is demanding, her husband jumped in and YELLED at me saying " This is not a negotiating place " . Extremely rude. No manners whats so ever.If I could I would give her negative 10 rating.She must know the American business values. She must get trained on how to deal with her patients and not to threat them.She must not be lazy in processing her claims insurance. When she does not process claims she gets irritated and demand more money from patients.Whoever is Authority on her must explain her not to Invole her Rude husband when the patients are at her facility. Her husband is mannersless, ruthless and Unethical.Horrible Experience
Unfortunately I had to give a one star review. The doctor herself was kind as a person. As a person she was very sophisticated and patient. However, I specifically went there to know the hormone levels of my thyroid and I specifically told them I wanted a report of my thyroid which I paid for in FULL. It’s been literally months and they haven’t yet sent me my report. All they said was that “everything is normal”. I have been trying to call them for months and they never answer the phone, they also do not have any other form of communication like email where I could send this to. Because of this I am required to write this here hopefully they will see this and finally send me my report. I have tried calling over and over and they haven’t responded to me. If they would have at least had an email where people can communicate with them when the receptionist will not answer the phone this would have been easier. My name is Sara Faraj, please send me my report to my email or at least call me so you can ask for my email in case you don’t have it. I want to know if I can take thyroid supplements or iodine to know if it will help with my symptoms. Can I take iodine ? Can I take sea kelp supplements to be specific ? Based on my lab results, Is it safe for me to take sea kelp supplements? Please answer my comment and give me a phone call on my number on file. Thank you.
This morning I went to see Dr Mittadodla and felt very comfortable and safe when I entered the office. When I was taken back to the examination room all precautions were taken. In the examination room Erica took my sugar count and blood pressure and she handled everything very careful and was very aware of all precautions needed to be taken.
Dr. Mittadodla and the office staff at Endocrine Center are super! I have been a patient for a couple of years and they have taken care of my medical needs, everytime. Before becoming a patient with Dr. Mittadodla, my diabetes was very uncontrolled. With her help and direction, my diabetes is much better controlled than ever before.
