i have been coming to this location since i was 11 and im 23 years old now. I’m not sure why its so hard to find decent people to work behind the desk. Brighten up

Unprofessional! Made us come in to review blood test reports and made us wait 3 and a half hours just for the doctor to come in and say he sent a referral for another doctor. This could have been said over the phone when they initially called!

Wonderful staff. They are attentive and knowledgeable. And they always get to the root of the problem, no lying about what they think is the problem.

I usually like Dr. Perrone but recently made him my pcp and a long line of people not wanting to do anything has led to me going without medication.Saw him a month ago to establish im a new patient and get a check up. Was told my meds would be continued. Surprise the prescription ran out and I called the office 12 times to make sure it would be refilled. They said they would send it over. I called to confirm every 3 hours until they closed because their answering service is useless, said they'd do it, never did.Now I'm paying another copay to look at the doctor and tell him it needs to be refilled because apparently that's the only way it can be done. The med I take prevents hospital visits.Looking for a new doctor and never doing this again. If you take meds this isn't the place for you, unless of course you like withdrawal.

I couldn't believe all bad reviews till I arrived to this place. First the lady with pony tail at the front desk is so nasty and unfriendly. The place is not hygienic and the doctor is unfriendly too he did not greet me and is very distant and you can perceive that he sees you like a number not like a human being; I never ever recommend this place.
