a week agoDr. Iyer is amazing! Her beside manner is beyond amazing. She is so caring and very informative! I wish she was the one getting me through delivery and recovery! Office staff is also amazing so nice and informative about what's being done and why.

a week agoIt’s funny. They expect you to be on time for your appointment however when you’re waiting 45 minutes to an hour PAST your appointment time it’s ridiculous. Some of us also have lives and jobs to get back to and waiting here forever to see a doctor is insane to me. Need to stagger appointments better or accept less patients, I can’t imagine this is effective.

5 months agoThis clinic is outstanding! It is rare that you go into a medical office and every single person you encounter is kind! It was a difficult visit for me and I was really nervous and everyone was so kind! The doctor was so helpful and knowledgeable! The US tech went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease before she left the room! I cannot recommend this place enough!

7 months agoI had a great first appointment with Dr Stephanie, but my second one I had Dr. Iyer. She was nice yet she wasn't a good listener, very much know it all energy. She was talking about how how my diet looked good so she doesn't understand why I was put down for weekly appointments when I tried explaining the last Dr. wanted weekly appointments because she suspects my due date is earlier than what I am originally being told and wanted to keep an eye on that, not my diet. Dr. Iyers response "we won't look at that until we start looking at growth" and "yes that's because your baby is big" not even paraphrasing that's all she had to say. very dismissive which came off very rude to me . The only reason it made me so mad was, 1 I was saying exactly what the last Dr was saying why she wanted me weekly, 2 we already drove an hour and a half to get there, then waited half an hour in the waiting room then another hour and a half for her to come in the room for her to be dismissive of me and told me I wasted my time with this appointment because my glucose was good, which again that wasn't what I was told the appointment was for.

7 months agoThe wait time for this office is insane. After being at the office for over an hour and a half, I had to reschedule because I had another appointment elsewhere and still had not been seen here. The nurses are nice, but I recommend scheduling an appointment either in the morning before they get backed up or when you have nothing else to do the rest of the day.
