Horrible!! When you call you get voice mail, and no one calls you back. The last three visits I had, I had to drive to their office and make the appointments in person. I tried to call to get a refill on a prescription last week and placed 2 calls in. Guess what, no call back. So, I went down there and asked for a refill to be sent to a particular pharmacy. It was not sent in, so I went back to the office the following day and this time I attached a note twice the size of the bottle requesting a refill. That wasn't sent in either. So, the next day, for a third time, I went back and kicked up some dust (that worked) hoping I'll get some results. That triggered an office supervisor who raised her voice finger pointing and threatened me by saying she was a supervisor and that she can have me discharged. That supervisor is the one who is responsible for the phone system. Not sure why she felt that was important to say. She offered no help to work with her staff to resolve my issue. Finally, an Office Manager came out and assured me it will get done. I'm looking for a new Dermo now. I highly doubt the doctors are aware of the depth of these issues.

I’ve been there in the past and absolutely love Dr. Rocca, but I’ve tried several times to call and make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone and I never get a call back.

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because of the office staff. They're not helpful nor can you ever speak to someone directly as they don't answer the phone. They have you leave a message for which no one ever responds. It's a shame because Dr. Nervi and Dr. Cristin Kelly are very good. But I'll never go to them again due to the office staff.

I called yesterday to make an appointment. I had to leave a voicemail. No one has called me back. Very unprofessional and rudeTwo days later, still no phone call back. My primary doctor recommended you. I will tell her how rude and unprofessional you are! Hopefully, she won't recommend you in the future.

I didn’t ever imagine I would look forward to going to a dermatologist. Alison et al. have taken great care of me and always make me feel comfortable. Her degrees (biological sciences and psychology) play a big part in that - no doubt. 👍
