The whole place is really nice. Receptionists are knowledgeable and very nice. Sadly, you don't find that in the front office very much anymore. Lobby and rooms were all very nice and clean. Dr. Mason has done awesome work. Very nice man, and I like that he doesn't sit and gab at me for a while before we start. He does great work and explains things which I really appreciate. Prices are good, and they take insurance. They even have a "Chiro Card" that helps a lot of you don't have insurance. I'm really grateful they are here in chico and really appreciate the kindness. Thank you.
Dr. Mike is great! My body is a hot mess and I’m appreciative that he’s here to help adjust it. His staff is always super friendly and really nice. On the one occasion he was gone and the other doctor covered, he did a great job too!

Easy to get in for an appointment and never much of a waittime in the waiting room (if any). Very prompt and accommodating! Dr. Mason is personable and easy to talk to. He also has an amazing technique for his adjustments that isn't quite like anything I've experienced. I find it very effective and look forward to my adjustments because I know that I will feel so much better. Office staff is always friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been visiting chico chiropractic for years now and am very happy!
I first came to Dr. Mason after experiencing an injury that bent my spine. The injury caused me significant pain and required weekly adjustments to treat. The office was always friendly and considerate. They found time for me some days on very short notice and Dr. Mason himself always makes time to listen and personalize the adjustment to your needs. He’s adjusted not just my neck and back, but shoulder, collar bone, ankles, toes, knees etc.
After a year, Mason took more X-rays (right there in the office) and they showed a significant improvement in the curve of my spine and many of my symptoms are gone. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the work they’ve put on to improving my life.
