7 years agogreat for quick turnaround on tests and services. This was a five star, but the lack of clarity from the tech Edmund dropped it a few notches. Clearly show "policies" to avoid confusion or frustration. I was annoyed with the tenor of the techs treatment and tone. I am not your "friend" in this setting, I was standing my to help my unstable mother.
