The whole process was seamless. The gentle reminders were great and a huge help making sure not to miss my appointment and a reminder call day before to confirm. Upon check in front desk was very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and the technician explained everything along the way. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Great bedside manner.
My belongings were placed in a locker with a code personal to me only to be accessed with a master key because no one is notating what clients are in what room. I am missing belongings and was not notified of the error until after services had been completed. When speaking with the employee who accessed my locker with the master key, I was interrupted and told he had to get back to his client. If I am expected to be away from my belongings for a certain period of time, I expect my belongings stay locked and untouched where I left them. Please do better.
