Jennifer gave my husband’s exam and fitted him for hearing aides. Very professional and patient when he could not hear or understand instructions.
Always providing top notch and quality care for Veterans. Always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their Veterans and provide a modern, clean and safe environment.
We have to travel 3+ hrs to get here. There are closer facilities to us but we luv all the drs and they are very thorough with the appts. They answer all our questions. Yes.. you do have to wait but no longer than other local dr's we have seen. I don't have anything off-putting to say about the VA & their healthcare. Thank you for working for our Veterans.
No real issues. I’m happy with most of my experiences at the clinic and Main Hospital. Any negative issues experienced at this VA location are no different then private sector health care. This VA location actually provides better service than most private sector medical facilities. Staff at this location are helpful, courteous, and kind with few exceptions. My VA primary care doctor keeps me well informed of my conditions, test results, and treatment plans. Great job to all at this VA facility, and thank you for all you do for me.
