As I type this I just arrived home from an appointment with Rebecca. I logged onto this website specifically to give her a positive review. I have been seeing her for about 2 years. I was shocked to see a few of the other reviews saying she was rude. My experience is exactly the opposite. She is the most pleasant person I have encountered from anyone in the medical field. I am also very pleased with the job she has been doing for me. As my primary care provider she stays on top of all the care that I get from a number of other providers. I have no complaints at all!

Rebecca is HORRIBLE. I switched CMC locations to be closer since I have really bad driving anxiety (and horrible anxiety in general) and was able to schedule an appt with Rebecca. She was very cold and rude and even questioned my anxiety! Who does that. Most doctors treat you with respect especially when you are nervous to be there. I requested to change doctors right after my first appt. I should have read reviews before I scheduled with her because it turns out she has MANY poor reviews. She even went to the same university I did. She should be ashamed and switch occupations. On the plus side, the ladies up front were some of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this medical group. The people at the reception area treat me with respect and kindness. The nurses who prepare me for office visits are very professional and show empathy. That goes also for Rebecca, my PCP, who has been most helpful in answering my questions and fielding my health concerns. I have had a few hiccups in between regular checkup visits and was cordially accommodated in a timely manner. The prescription department is prompt in requests from the pharmacy. Kudos to the North End Internal Medicine group!

First, I want to say that Dr. P is wonderful. She is the only reason I am torn as to whether or not I want to return to this office. I had a horrible experience with a nurse back in June that left me in tears and with anxiety when it comes to healthcare professionals in general. After an ER visit where I didn't feel like the PAs diagnosis was correct, I called the office to see what my next steps could be. The nurse that called me back didn't even seem like she read my chart beforehand and had no idea of my condition. She was just reading the notes from the PA at the ER. I told her that I've had acid reflux before and this didn't feel like it. Instead of asking me questions to help understand what was going on and why I felt that way, she was incredibly snippy with me and said, "I'm not going to argue with you." She told me flat out, "It's not your gallbladder." I was kinda in shock when I hung up the phone with her and after a few days to process I called the office to demand a referral to a gastro. I just found out this week that my gallbladder is in fact malfunctioning and that I need surgery to remove it. The only thing that would get me to return to this office is if there was a guarantee that I would never have to come in contact with this nurse again.

I had my first and last appointment with Rebecca today she should be ashamed of herself practicing famialy medicine. Rebecca was the only one aloud to speak in the room. Never have I met a more rude uncaring person. I have visible lumps bulging from the left side of my neck. She said I'm fine it's just lymph nodes before making eye contact nvm looking at my neck. I explained I'm not fine I'm in pain and it's just draining me daily and I need help. SHE REFUSED TO EXAMINE, TOUCH, EVEN GLANCE AT MY neck. I PUSHED saying swollen lyph nodes point to infection and my white blood cell count was high my last test why am I not being looked at maybe for an infection of sorts? HER REPLY "Can we just move on now?" And I tried asking for help getting into a mental health provider. I have been trying for over 8 months and can't get an appointment. She interrupted me, raised her voice and said verbatim " Mr. Fagan your wasting your time this is a mute point I don't discuss mental health here" I got up to walk out and she said please just stay for another moment so I can still bill your insurance and get you the help you need. I asked what help? you refuse to even talk about my neck or assistance getting into mental health. Then at this point I'm ready to burst into tears bc I just been waiting so long for help and thought this was my first step so just walked out before I did honestly. I am so disappointed and just disgusted are there any doctors in the CMC network looking to treat patients? Or is this just one big scam to bill folks and pad your pockets.
