2 months agoI cannot speak for the other reviews, but I have been a patient of this practice for some time now, and they never disappoint. Dr. Donascimento and her staff are top-notch, and I feel I have always received the best care and attention from them. Much appreciated!

8 months agoThis office staff has great difficulty in sending referrals and verifying they are received. I can’t say how many times I have called and spoken to the staff and even a nurse (I think) regarding my referrals to specialists. Their answer is the same “ they faxed it and they have confirmation” even though I tell them the specialist says they never received it. The last person I spoke to today (supposed to be clinical) was nasty and refused to take the extra step to call to verify my referral was received when she faxed it again. I will be transferring my care sadly because I really do like my PCP there. They really have to work on better training in that office. I work in the medical field and this is not how you keep patients. They will leave

a year agoI very rarely leave reviews, but this experience was the best medical experiences I have ever had. The receptionists were very pleasant and friendly, my nurse (Jillian?) was so amazing and made me feel relaxed and safe, and Dr. Donascimento(excuse my spelling) is AMAZING. It was my first physical since 2019 and to be honest I was very nervous. Everyone here made me feel safe, listened to, and like I was the only patient they were treating that day. Thank you everyone!

a year agoMy husband had a horrible experience with one of the APRN students they have working there. I plan on leaving the practice! So dismissive, rude. My husband left there with the issue not resolved and went to urgent care. The care at urgent care was 1 million times better, they actually were nice and worked with him to figure out the problem. The Student has been a bully, know it all in the past when I went in. Just because you have a degree doesn't give you the right to treat people like garbage. I am sorry but these people are not always right. One of the leading causes of death in the USA is Medical Malpractice, sorry if I question your "authority" when it comes to my families health. We have that right. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

a year agoIf you dont have insurance. make an appointment and cancel it every year to keep getting your medication. otherwise they will cut you off with out warning and make you suffer. They Dont like advertising that said the women on the phone So ill do it for you guys. As long as there is an appointment in the books they will give you your medication, and you wont have to go to the appointment.
