Coming to this clinic has been an awesome experience. I can say that the people who work there are exceptional human beings. Each person I come in contact with is extraordinary helpful. They seem to work really hard at treating my issues no matter how small. The VA system is not perfect but these people are trying their best to make it work. My only complaint is that I think they try too hard to take care of "everything" and all at once. But that is the system making them disperse their attention not the people.
If you could answer your phones that would be nice. I'm having issues with a medication and have been calling for a week. I live in Illinois so I can't just stop by. This is ridiculous
I am not pleased with the way that this clinic handles things. Every time i need to make or change an appointment I have to leave a message several times before I get called back. When I do get through I am rushed threw. It is no wonder because the last time I was actually in the building I was making a follow up appointment and the receptionist kept handling a personal cell phone right in front of me. Not very professional at all.
I had a situation where I tried calling the Veterans Hospital the phone goes on with the message about suicide and need of help but the worst thing of it all it only rings one time and directions to this car that is ridiculous for the patient to this into and if the system is set up the sit there in a serve for the people for help the Rings should go longer and I also have a problem when requesting to talk to a psychiatrist that they have to point me to another psychiatrist to talk to then provider which they can make a simple call to address my needs this is a bad service and it needs to be taken care of and is unacceptable to the veterans that seek help Kyle was the one I talk to you unprofessional then he hung up on me before you can answer my questions for Psychiatry Services you should never do this to a patient
