Today I met with Maryam Mosharraf. She was a pleasure and absolutely wonderful to talk to. I know she was actually listening to me. We discussed things in my chart that my previous neurologist had never even mentioned to me! The entire office staff was polite and very thorough. I couldn't ask for any better!

I would literally give them 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid this place like your life depends on it, bc it very well might. The rudest staff I've ever encountered, I've been treated better by people making minimum wage in retail and food than these people. They've lost my fiancé's records multiple times now, they say they have not received them but we've seen the proof from his Dr where they have sent it multiple times. He is waiting on an MRI for a possible stroke so getting the runaround for literal weeks from these incompetent d---kheads is unacceptable. They talk like high school kids with the nastiest attitudes I've ever encountered in any industry anywhere. Thankfully his actual doctor is friends with the main neurologist in that office as they worked with him for years so we will be asking them to pass a message to him about his incredibly unprofessional staff. I've tried so hard to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt but the outright incompetence paired with the piss poor manners of their staff is so astounding I no longer have the patience for it. They should be ashamed of themselves and have no business in a field of healthcare. I will be looking for a path to file a formal complaint.

I loved my Doctor's. Dr Susan Sergeant and Amanda Kelly are the best!!

I was and am still in treatment there with Dr. Hoffler / Tibbs I cannot say enough good things about them.I have always been treated with respect and utmost care. These Dr's. Along with a few more that assisted with my surgery have given me my life back . But, I am still working on it too . Because the patient has to do their part also . But , I have been able to ask questions anytime concerning my health etc. I often speak with Jill Delair PA. She is great too . My schedule etc is done by Nilcole Harbour and I have other appointments so she is managing my others around my visits there. I have spoken many times with nurse Jennifer about general info and rxs. Also , Tammy in the prior Auth dept has really helped me when needed. As you see I know many of the staff on a first name basis. This facility always returns phone calls to you . But, if there is back pain please see Dr. Ryan Hoffler, who will help you, as he did me so much.

We have never encountered a problem at the KNI. Parking and shuttle buses are easily accessible. Waiting areas are spacious and comfortable-staff members are pleasant and helpful. My daughter has epilepsy and is very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Sally Mathias. She is the most caring, compassionate, and resourceful physician we have seen. Everything is thoroughly explained and she does not rush through the examination. We feel that medications, tests, and treatments are ordered to give optimum care. Dr. Mathias has personally called to give us test results and to see if the meds are being tolerated well. God bless this special lady! We are so grateful to her.
