Dr. Field has been my 94 year old mom's doctor since 2016. She has been nothing but kind, thorough and actually fun. Yes, fun. I wish she was my GP. I am grateful for her care and compassion.

Chelsey has delivered both of my babies and been their primary doctor since they were born. I could not say enough good things about her. She answers any questions and concerns I have and is always friendly and professional. She has always gone above and beyond for my kids. I have recommended a few people to her for prenatal visits and they have all been happy with the care they received.

My 71 year old mother recently went to this clinic and saw Chelsey Field. What a nightmare!!!In the visit, she was completely rude and condescending. I’ve never heard of a doctor talking down to their patients - especially a senior. The lack of respect is mind boggling. She referred my mom for a CT scan and was supposed to call with the results. Field didn’t. My mom had to call the office to get results that could be stressful. The lack of care and besides manner is appalling. My mom spoke with one of the nurses (who was very kind), but she had no clue about my mom’s CT results or blood test. Her consistent answer to basic questions was “I don’t know.”My mom requested a call back from Chelsey Field and has not received one even though the office promised my mom that she would.People - stay away from choosing Chelsey Field as your physician. The arrogance, rudeness, and lack of professionalism is astounding. Add in the lack of ability to tell my mom her results in a timely manner…I’m disgusted and Chelsey Field should be ashamed of herself. It seems like this is an ongoing issue in Montana - poor doctor care and a lack of professionalism and excellence.

Dr. Field was my OB and then we decided she would continue as our son’s pediatrician. However, I now believe we made the wrong choice. Completely disappointed with the care that was given to my son from birth. Our concerns of his health were repeatedly dismissed with just a “he’s fine” but twice we had to seek a second opinion to confirm our suspicions that he was in fact, not fine. Or just to confirm what she was unwilling to diagnose. My son was then seen for his 2 month check up and even after notifying the Dr he had been sick all week and we believe he had a cold, she dismissed this as well stating “I don’t see anything in his nose” assuming we weren’t sick because she didn’t “see” anything? And subsequently going ahead with his 2 month shots which landed my son in the ER the following day with a fever that wouldn’t break and dehydration from getting so sick. Not only that but the visit was filled with nonstop comments about how I need to let my son cry “for more than two seconds” anytime I tried to console him. Absolutely unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. Will be filing a formal complaint.

Dr. Field has always been really kind and addresses my issues with efficiency. I got the impression that she cares about her patients and listens to what we have to say. Also, her staff are quick and efficient. I never have to call multiple times for pharmacy refills or anything really. Good team of people.
