It was our first visit to the office. The appointment was for 11:20 AM and we were told to arrive about 15-20 minutes early to complete paperwork. I arrived @ 10:55 AM but didn't leave the waiting room until 11:55. Literally, my son was the last patient left in the waiting room. Thankfully, we only waited in the exam room until 12:02 PM to see the PA. She was very nice and knowledgeable but the wait and overall experience was not very positive. We finally left there at 12:25 PM but I would have expected the clinic to run much more efficiently. With any other industry it would be unacceptable to finally meet with a client/patient 35-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. We will have many future follow up appointments and I truly hope they are better than the first one.
It was easy to contact and schedule with Jay Gray, PA. Once we arrived the office was clean, quiet and all staff was professional. The patient was my teenage son. When we were seen by Jay he was professional, explained to both me and my son and I felt I was heard. Despite my son having little interest in the appointment I appreciated that Jay check in with him and asked him questions. Wonderful experience.
Staff was exceptional. Jay Gray, PA-C is a true professional, that took the extra time to explain the procedure and thoroughly answer all my questions. Jackie was genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable throughout the process. It was my third visit and the experience keeps getting better! Thank you!
PA Hannah Bauman was professional and thorough. She took the time to chat with me as well as address my skincare needs. I give her 5/5 stars. Great to work with and am seeing great results.
I have seen Dr. Graves multiple times as have all three of my girls. He is very professional and I really do like him as well as his nurse. They make a great team. My biggest issue is the front office operations. Check in is always extremely slow (this past time we showed up by 8:40 for a 9:00 and 9:10 appointment and were not seen until nearly 9:30). I overhead one front desk associate tell someone that their computer system went down months ago and they were still working to get it back up and going. What?!?! I will also add that they do NOT do provide appointment reminders. And if you forget, they will absolutely charge you. It just seems there is a lot of room for improvement operationally at that office.
