Almost two weeks ago, this man completely changed my entire life. I had such poor mobility, severe pain and spasms and numbness down my entire right leg on and off for 2 straight years. I tried everything to fix it and was so against surgery. Prior to Dr Lau squeezing me in for a microdisectomy of L4/L5, I could barely move from the pain and spasming. I woke up from surgery and was immediately moving and able to walk with ease. Im not sure if recovery is such a breeze because I was constantly in so much pain or if Dr Lau is just a genius in his work & made this recovery so simple. I am so grateful to him and his entire team. At 33 years old with 3 kids I got my entire quality of life back and I am so thankful and appreciative.

Dr. Lau is fabulous!! He replaced the disc in my neck at the end of November, 2023 and he just did a laminectomy on my husband two weeks ago. Another surgeon felt I needed A fusion which I did not want. Dr. Lau felt it was completely unnecessary. It has now been approximately six months since my surgery and I am feeling great. My husband is two weeks postop and he is also feeling great. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Lau is a world class neuro surgeon. His bedside manner is unmatched. His calm demeanor in an emergency sets you at ease that you have found the right doctor and the right practice for your procedure. He was able to suggest a specific type of test for my husband before seeing him in person. He expressed the severity of the situation and informed us in a manner that the lay person totally could comprehend and feel comfortable. The immediate surgery was an absolute success due to Dr. Lau's attentiveness to the situation. We would recommend anyone in need of a neurosurgeon to start with Dr. Lau. We are so grateful for his commitment to his craft.
