If I could leave a negative star, I would! I took my wife to the ER yesterday for CHEST pain and shortness of breath. They did not even take her back to triage for 45 min. When she tried to ask when she might be able to go through triage because she was scared that she might be having a heart attack, she was told 1st to be quiet she is scaring other patients, 2 to go sit down, they have 45 other patients and they will get to her when they get to her. I am livid at how they treated her and handled the situation. If I could have been there I would have raised HELL. It's absolutely ridiculous!!! After she was in triage at 7:53pm they didn't even call her name again until 1:40am. This is the absolute worst ER I have ever seen! They just don't care. If you need Emergency services go somewhere else, anywhere else, your life may depend on it!

If I could leave ZERO stars here I WOULD. My mom came here with excruciating head pain and she had passed out prior to arriving and she kept trying to explain that she was In terrible pain to the nurses and THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO HER !!! They really thought she was on drugs and would not take her pain seriously and made her wait In the lobby FOR HOURS !!! I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this place and there’s only a couple of nurses here that actually have the compassion and empathy for this profession. Me personally every experience I’ve had here was nothing of good too. If you can get care anywhere else please do because anything Is better than coming here.

Had my baby boy here 9/25/24, the labor and delivery experience was amazing, thank you to all the nurses you all were wonderful. Unfortunately after birth my boy had to be taken to the NICU, thank you to all the NICU nurses and drs that took care of him. I only have one issue with anything that happened, one of the NICU nurses bathed my boy without making sure his dad and I were there to experience his first bath with him. Here we are 3, almost 4, months later and I am still devastated that I wasn’t even asked to be there during my son’s first bath. I was already upset with him not being able to be in the room with us and knowing that a nurse was the only one to experience that with him kind of sucks for me. Other than being born that was the first big important moment that I wanted to remember and I didn’t even get to experience it.

It is sad that people who are there to service the public with health concerns can treat us like an unwanted welcome tearing down your faith in the help you feel you so desperately need. You are scared and dont want to be there but feel it important. So you go, only to be treated like a hassle for those there to help. I understand waiting but this treatment only angers already scared people. Please help your people to see us has humans and not hassle. This was my experience and tried to my husband review

I have been a patient at this hospital in my two pregnancies, both very complicated and the last one high risk for both my baby and me, and the truth is that I am very satisfied with the service and attention received from the main staff and the Midwife Rebeca, Drs. ,and nurses who were always looking out for me I have no words to describe how thankful I am, especially with one of the nurse, right now I don't remember her name but she took care of me with a lot of love and dedication and even though her 12-hour shift was already over, she stayed there for 2 more hours alone. to help receive my baby, I will never forget the joy on their faces when receiving my baby since, as they told me, it was a miracle from God that everything turned out well for us .
