Trumbull Regional Medical Center Emergency Room

This was my second visit to the ER in a couple weeks the first visit was more of an emergency and I was taken back quickly and taken care of that was on a Sunday and everyone was very nice and took care of everything. The second visit my issue wasn't that important that I ended up waiting in the waiting room for 6 hours before being called back to be seen. This visit was on a Friday night. The nurses and doctors again were very nice and took care of things quickly once I was called back. There were at least 8 other patients waiting to be seen as well and we were informed that they were slammed already in the back and that we wouldn't be seen for awhile due to the urgency of patients to be seen (the worst go first).

After the classic Physician/Pharmacy debacle, I was forced into the late night emergency room dash. While parking wasn’t an issue, there were people who were in need of immediate attention. After a brief wait, the admitting clerk, was very efficient in collecting my insurance and medical information. I believe this procedure quickened the transition to be seen by the doctor. My condition was effectively evaluated and issuance of the correct medication was issued. My excursion was accomplished in less than 30 minutes total.

Nursing staff was awesome, Doctor Veres totally disrespected my 94 yr old mother who was brought by ambulance from assisted living. In her 6 1/2 hour visit, the doctor never once came into her room, even though the nurses and the PA said he would be in to see her several times. Nurse Rodney went over and above to care for her.

Was taken there by ambulance for a workplace accident. The trauma team acted quickly and trauma doctor always kept me informed of what and why they were doing tests. I was there for roughly 8 hours and feel I was treated very well by entire staff that worked on me. I would highly recommend this hospital Trumbel Regional for anyone needing care.

It was the worse visit ever ..the nurse didn't listen to me, kept saying it was a headache and then the Doctor came in and asked about the headache and I kept explaining myself that it was not a headache because I suffer from severe migraines. The doctor did not give me nothing for pain. Nothing for nausea, not even a Tylenol said the test didn't show nothing which they only did blood work and they did a CAT scan and nothing. Absolutely nothing. And my blood pressure was high and then when I walked out the nurse chased me to the parking lot and said oh let me check your blood pressure and hear when she checked it was 170 over 98. That's extremely high. So she still let me walk out and she got me through the doctor. I know the bus and spelled the doctor's name which was Dr. Baringer And The doctor did not listen. That doctor should be terminated she didn't care. She had no compassion need neither did my nurse. It was horrible. Nobody listened to what my pain was and how sick I was
