Physicians Urgent Care

They were very good with communication and getting me in fast. They also went the extra mile by kindly offering to stay a little after closing so my husband would have time to come help me and I wouldn’t have to wait alone in the cold after I locked my key in my car. Excellent service and awesome staff!!

I was well taken care of and didn't mind the wait at all. These ppl were all caring and very kind. I appreciated every single one! Gold star care here!!!

I thought I would write a review of my experience here at the urgent care as I’ve been sitting here for almost 3 hours now. I would have spent the same amount of time at an ER. They couldn’t figure out my billing even though I am VA and they show they serve the VA on the counter. They had me fill out an iPad and then wait for almost 2 hours. Finally go back to a room and I’ve been in here for almost an hour. How can a Dr not see 4 patients an hour? There were 6 people ahead of me and I still sit here. It’s nuts that they can charge you $165 for a visit and treat you like this.

I haven’t been to an urgent care in ages and a lot had changed with digital sign in. I had trouble with my phone and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Thankfully they had tablets which made it a lot easier. And she helped me with things I didn’t understand. Payment was simple too. I had a UTI and I was there a long time just because my blood pressure and heart rate was all over the place. I told her computer things didn’t like me. So she went and got the old school cuff and did it that way after several attempts with the digital equipment. The readings were good using old fashioned equipment. I said my equipment is old too so it made perfect sense to me! But everyone was very thorough and experienced and super nice. I’d definitely go back if needed. Got my antibiotics and by day 2 felt way better so they must’ve been correct with the infection. Doctors are expensive but so is everything anymore, and I heard them help someone who didn’t have insurance with a payment schedule so that’s a definite plus for someone who can’t come up with the total amount you’re required to pay at time of service. They didn’t use to have that many years ago and I think it’s a really good thing to have. Everyone is strapped for cash these days!

We needed a sports physical, so we ended up here. They charge $60.00. The wait is ridiculous anytime you go to urgent care, and this time was no different. 4 people total checked in at the time of our visit. We were the 4th ones, of course. It took over 2 hours until we were brought back to a room. Once back there, another 15- 20 minutes waiting. N.P. Karan Thomas is the one who sees us. She is amazing, and the only reason I go back even though I know the wait is excruciating each time. Thank you, Dr. Thomas for being so kind, knowledgeable, and having empathy. You make the experience worth it.
