Nao Medical – Williamsburg Urgent Care

I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived at 9:55 with, I was put into a room at 11 and the doctor came in past 11:30am.The medical attention was good but I can't recommend a place that doesn't respect people's time. Having people wait more than 1:30h is not cool - if you're understaffed just don't set up appointments and do first come first serve, so at least you set the right expectations.

A truly disorganized practice/company. I went to this location 3 times in 2024, each visit was marred with some issue.The first time there was no record of my copay being taken and I received several follow up bills for it despite furnishing evidence that it was paid.The second time they billed me months later an unexplained extra $25 on top of the already $100 copay I paid on the day - despite my EOB indicating that my Urgent Care copay is $75 - so not only was I erroneously billed an extra $25 on the day of my appointment, but they wanted even more from me.The third time I waited over an hour to see someone and then waited almost 48 hours to receive my prescription - even after calling multiple times and being assured the prescription was 'on its way'.Hours of my life have been wasted trying to get someone on the phone to discuss billing/scheduling/prescriptions/etc.I wouldn't go to this urgent care if it was my last resort. You get the run around from everyone you speak with - even the physician's.

Very clean every time I go. The Staff is so nice and professional. The team work they have is great. All the staff is very friendly and on point, making everyone feel welcome. Doctors, & nurse practitioner are amazing.

Very well kept lab. The entire staff was warm, friendly and professional. I visited as per the request of my employer and was very well recognized and received. The doctor Kaneisha possessed a very warm manner (as my blood pressure was a bit on the high side). She allowed me time to balance myself. The front desk personnel were all pleasant and helpful. I’ve never been to a lab before that practiced such a high degree of efficiency.

I had an appointment for a pre-employment examination, and the experience was excellent. The two women working there were very welcoming, which made trying a different medical provider a pleasant experience. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, which eased my initial concerns. I was able to get in and out quickly without a long wait. Also, this is one of the cleanest and most professional urgent care centers I’ve ever visited. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
