Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

Will never, ever, ever return. Visited twice in April for two different issues and was treated like dirt both times with no resolution on either issue. I was going to let the issue go but today I received a bill for over $750 for two quick visits that, again, yielded no results. Staff did not listen to my needs either visit and the 3+ months to finally get around to billing is unacceptable. Mercy should be embarrassed.

My visit was 1 week ago today. I am worse now after taking 5 days of steroids, inhaler, tessalon pearls, plus DayQuil and NyQuil. I was told I didn’t need an antibiotic because I didn’t have a temp. I deal with this on a yearly basis for years. I have allergies and when I get this the only way to get through it is 1-2 rounds of antibiotics. I am miserable and by now if I would if had antibiotics I would be over this crud. Plus I paid a $50 copay. I can’t afford to be running here and there paying $50 a week. I have given your facility about 3 chances and a couple of visits for my mother, as far as we are concerned it is a waste of time and money.

I have used Mercy walk-ins before, but this one is the bomb. I walked in, showed my ID and insurance card, paid my co-pay, and a nurse had me in a room in less than 5 minutes, then when she walked out the doctor walked in. Talk about service!!!! Dr. Sunny was awesome, listened to me, wasn't in no hurry, great professionalism, but yet hometown friendly. That's how every place should but I know that's not always possible when people are waiting. I highly recommend Mercy GoHealth and glad I went and will definitely be a repeat customer if the need arises. Thank you Dr. Sunny and Mercy GoHealth for a great experience.

The workers were very friendly and took good care of my son and I! Very quick and efficient!

Came in first thing yesterday for bad sinus & cough. I was checked in quickly & got into a room. The nurse was awesome. I had to be tested for Covid, flu, & strep. She used both swabs at once in each nostril to help be quick and efficient.. (plus let’s be honest those swabs hurt and absolutely suck). Then checked in on me once my test were completed. I Saw nurse practitioner R Zarepour yesterday she was amazing! 🤩 I ended up testing positive for Flu A and she made sure to take time to explain and reassure I understood everything. I’m also 19 weeks pregnant so we came up with a treatment plan not only tailored to me but to my child as well.
