I had an awesome experience today having an MRI. Quick access and thorough introduction to procedure. The nurses were very friendly and efficient. I arrived a little early and was brought right in. The intake was also very efficient and got all of my personal information checked. I had a comfortable seat in the waiting area and brought right in to check on my medical information. I was asked if I wanted to listen to music, asked what I liked and adjusted the volume. IV went in smoothly, the procedure took about 35 minutes for a brain MRI and then encouraged me to get up slowly and take my time. I have had more than 50 MRI’s in the past 20 years and I felt a lot of gratitude for this experience.
Went to Newton Wellesley for my 4 year old daughters x ray. We were walk in. The whole process from check in till finish took 1 hour max. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The radiology techs were amazing! They put my daughter at ease right away and were very patient throughout! Overall had a very pleasant experience!
