      From check-in through check-out, I've been very happy with the front desk service and medical thoroughness with each visit. The only detractor is the constant "reminder of appointment" process via email and phone messages. Even after confirming an appointment, I'll still get more reminders of my upcoming appointments. I can't "opt out" of the emails because I have future visits. Seems like an easy fix to stop the reminders after one has confirmed the appointment.

      Been a patient for around 10 years and have always been treated very well and with respect. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. The doctors I see have great bedside manners. The office location is very convenient with ample parking close to the building.

      Megan was very through and understanding. She listened, made recommendation and demonstrated great customer service. Staff was very good too.

      I absolutely LOVE the fact that the doctor used an app that told them COST OF Rx. Had she just asked me what pharmacy to send Rx to, I'd have pulled out my own app (Good Rx) and selected between 3 or 4 local pharmacies. She got it up and we reviewed the list together in the wink of an eye! Absolutely FABULOUS! And regarding appt availability, My wife and I both got scabies (we share everything). Her appt is far out there, BUT because I am scratching myself to death every night, your office elevated the priority and I got in the very next morning. ALSO, because the doctor knew that you always treat the entire family at the same time for Scabies, she wrote for Rx for both of us/ without having to see both of us. Regarding competence; I was bad 3 weeks ago and went to urgent care. They prescribed ONE TUBE, topical cream, not enough for both of us and suggested spot treatment (I think). It didn't work. a week later we went to our Primary care MD, he was specific, a tube each, cover entire body starting w neck moving down. It didn't touch (My) scabies. Your office clarified that the topical treatment is often ineffective/ scabies develop resistance, and prescribed the oral systemic treatment! I will also mention that I have searched VERY hard for a new dermatologist in all of Harford county, to no avail. A dermatologist is a persistent relationship specialist these days in my opinion. We need more of you!. You guys never came up in any of my searches!? Gotta get your internet/ marketing people on that (or are you already overwhelmed and hiding?). You guys are Da Bomb. We LOVE YOU. As big as your office is, you got to grow it. Keep up the good work. Mark n Kim.

      Service is good, their billing is horrible. Sent a bill 15 months later stating going to collections, granted insurance also messed up, but the fact they did not send a bill for 15 months then state its going to collections if not paid in a week was ridiculous. Will be finding a new provider.
