Dr. Mohammad was very comforting and friendly, did an amazing and beautiful job stitching me up (9 stitches)!!! Great Doctor!! Highly recommended.UPDATE: got my stitches out today and once again he was AMAZING. Very caring and friendly staff. This is the BEST urgent care I’ve EVER been to! I won’t be going to any other one. Thank you so much!!!

Weird experience. Was going to give less stars, but it was a mixed thing. Went in with a sore throat, was seen by three people when I finally got in after a long wait. The first guy seemed very timid and took a throat swab, but only after asking me what I wanted him to do. Did not seem practiced at it, took several tries to get it. Then I saw a student who had a much better disposition. And then I finally saw a Dr. The first guy did the swab before anyone had bothered to look at my throat. Seemed backwards. The room I was in was pretty scuffed up as well, with tongue depresses sitting in a stack next to my chair (not very sanitary). It felt very low budget. I'd have probably have felt better about the trip if the wait had been shorter and that first guy didn't make me feel like I was being seen by a janitor.

My boyfriend sliced his knee open pretty bad and needed stitches. He knows how Urgent Care is and knew he might have a bit of a wait. He walked in holding his knee, because it was bleeding so much and they told him it would be at least an hour wait. They didn’t even look at it, to see how bad it was, or to check if he should go to the ER. I think that is totally unacceptable. He then left and went to the Urgent Care on Central/McCord - they saw how bad it was and took him back right away. Needless to say we will never be returning to this Urgent Care and hope in the future they treat their patients with more kindness & respect.

In and out within 20minutes! Dr was very good and knowledgeable knew exactly what was wrong with me as soon as he heard me cough (bronchitis sucks). Was able to send over several scrips to help me and gave advice on how to start feeling better. This was my first time here and it’s about a 15 minute drive from my house, but I’d definitely make the drive to come back. I’m very please!

I love it here. The gal who was working today was so awesome she was from a different location but I am happy she was there for me today. And dr Osborne is great! So knowledgeable and caring. Go in feeling sick leave feeling little better.
