Dental Solutions of Highland

This was my first visit. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and professional which I really appreciated! Unfortunately, the dentist was in and out so fast I really don’t know what he looks like. He could have walked further into my view so I could have seen him! The facility is quite nice. I was disappointed to learn that Dr Syed M is only in Highland 3 days a month. I hope it works out that I’ll be able to get appointments when I need them!

I was nothing but impressed with the work done by Dr. Syed Masihuddin. I had called over a dozen establishments looking for an emergency visit to extract a broken molar that was causing me such pain that I hadn't been able to eat anything solid in over 5 days. I called, and the team at Dental Solutions rearranged everything so I could be seen that day. I drove over an hour from my home, and it all worked out for the best. It's the next day, and I'm feeling nowhere near the pain I was experiencing two days ago. I will recommend Dr. Masihuddin and the Dental Solutions team to anyone who needs a dental team who cares for their patients like their family. -Erin Barrett

Maria my hygienist was a delight! She was so gentle and very sweet. I am usually not the most relaxed during dentist visits and she was so much fun and funny. Also the doctor to the receptionist was so nice and personable. Great dentist office which I have not experienced in a very long time!

I had an excellent experience all around. The reception staff were professional and efficient in processing my visit. Maria, the hygienist, was a pleasure to have cleaning my teeth, giving me a full x-ray, and dental advise. Dr Irwin Madina was kind and knowledgeable reviewing my x-ray. The only thing I would like to say to Dr Madina, tell your wife, “Go Navy, Beat Army.” Semper Fi.

Started off promising before service became poor. Staff is friendly but lack follow up and accountability. Had work done and had issues from that work. Called for help but dentist was on vacation. No call back for a month and then the dentist is on vacation again. Happily will push for expensive dental work though
