Came in around 1 am in labor. We were taken care of immediately. Even though it was a very busy night in labor and delivery we felt like the nurses were very attentive. Had our baby about 10 hours after coming in. Delivery was an amazing experience for us with great doctors and nurses again. Postpartum we stayed 2 days and felt very well taken care of. Was able to sleep and take a shower while nurses took care of everything. This is an amazing hospital with great staff and I am so glad I chose to have my baby here.
I gave 5 stars because of the Nurse that helped me go through the tests. She was phenomenal. She was happy, kind, and cared about my well-being. The PA was another story. I felt like he was uncaring about my issues and matter of fact. He wouldn't listen to what I said and always had a comeback to support his facts. The lab people were great too.
We delivered our baby at 20 weeks. I had never been to this hospital and was super nervous. Melissa in Labor and delivery was seriously an answer to my prayers. She was with me through it all and made me feel confident that I could get through one of the hardest things I have had to do. She was there to listen and comfort me. I'll never forget the impact she made.
My mom had back surgery here and we couldn’t have asked for a better hospital to have her procedure done at, this place is incredible. The staff talk directly to my to ensure she understands everything going on from start to finish which is different cause most places talk to me as my moms English isn’t the best but I loved that they talk to her directly . They offer a text update system to inform you of the patients where about before, during and after operation which so helpful when relaying info to my family. The doctor himself and nurse taking over my moms care after surgery both called me to tell me how she was doing and where she was going and I really appreciate them for going above and beyond and I’m so thankful for this facility for taking care of my mom
It was a very efficient visit. No one waiting to check in. Friendly receptionist. They got me back right away and she was very helpful in explaining everything. New facility was great! She was very gentle in helping me to get in the right position to take the images. I also received the results later that day.
