Dr. Michelle Smith

Worst doctor ever. She kept talking over me to her nurse and interrupted every time I tried explaining my symptoms. Then she said she would give me a referral to a different kind of specialist so I waited 2 weeks waiting for them to call me with appointment. When no one called I called Michelle and asked where my referral was and her nurse informs me that she is not giving me a referral. What?????? She is just plain rude and if I could give her zero stars I would.

Dr. Smith while a nice person is never on time. Cancels your appointment last minute then issues you another 3 months later only to again late. This has happened more then I ever had to deal with. What should of taken a few visits took many . Last straw was waiting an hr past my appointment while I hear her in the next room talking.

Most unorganized place. Called me twice in the morning within 5 minutes to reschedule me earlier. Show up and they have no record. I wait 45 minutes and ask whats going on...lady tells me they will need to reschedule me. What???

Such a kind, thorough check up i received. Thankful to have her as my Dr. Will recommend highly

Very caring Dr. Always listens to my concerns, been seeing her for about a year or so.
