I had such an incredible experience here!! I hadn’t been to the dentist since before 2020 and was really nervous to get a check-up after so long. They were so nice and made a really comfortable experience. My hygienist, the dentist, and the receptionist were so nice. I actually had an appointment a few weeks ago and still think about what a great experience I had. They also follow the provincial price guide so that was nice. They also got me in pretty soon!
The staff at Embrace Dental are the kindest most professional team I have ever encountered. I have been a patient in other dental practices over the years, but these ladies are the best. Keri, Kaitlyn and Dr. Mona make you feel cared about and you can trust in their dental plan for you. Lovely office setting that is a very calm space and you start to feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. They handle insurance claims quickly and take the time to call about follow-up appointments with other dental specialists. If you aren't currently a patient, you are missing out on a truly great experience. Bravo Embrace Team and thank you for the quality of service that you provide.
Had an amazing experience with the hygienist Jennifer. I was quite nervous going in since I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and she did an amazing job of putting me at ease and checking in while the cleaning was going on to ensure I was comfortable. It's the first time in over 10 years I've experienced a cleaning where the hygienist didn't try to shame me for having build up. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
I needed a new mouth card and have recently worked with Embrace to get a new one. The staff was accomodating, including the dentist and the process was done in efficiently:) They listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly.
I am so relieved that I can now sleep better and the Embrace team helped me achieve this with kindness and professinalism!

Always a great experience at this dentist office. I've been going now since 2006 and have seen different ownerships and staff but the service and level of care is still great! My dental hygienist (Jennifer) is always gentle and patient with my sensitive gums, as well as sweet and caring in general. She would be really great for kids who are terrified of the dental experience. The front desk reception are always warm and welcoming, though I do miss Starla who is now retired :' ( Likewise the dentist is very kind, gentle, and caring. Really great place in general!
