t was fairly quick the staff was polite and courteous. The only thing every time we go in there they always ask to see my ID and my insurance card when it's already all on file. The nurses and doctors were attentive to the needs and timely for treatment. Overall I would recommend this particular location to others. ✓ COPIED

It was optimal care. They very best. I will never go to an ER ever now that I’ve been to patient first. The entire staff made me feel like I was the most important patient they were working with. I have been bragging to everyone how quick yet very efficient my experience was. They have a very dedicated and very knowledgable c medical team!!!!! None better!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars. 1. The wait time in the checkup room was ridiculously long. 2. Dr. Barry Marc Spector has zero bedside manner. He was patronizing, very abrupt and hectic in his one-sided conversation —he didn’t give me two seconds to speak, nor did he ask me if I had any questions. He barely checked things for me, and was there for less than two minutes. Only to say that he couldn’t help me and didn’t know what was going on. 3. I had also requested blood work to be done, and they didn’t put the order in. I had to go back to the front desk for them to do so. This was my first and my last Patient First visit that I will ever experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I wasted $200 and 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing.

I have been taking my family to this Patient First for years and have never had an issue until yesterday when I went in for a follow up on suspected (or rather, obvious... I've never been so sick in my life) pneumonia. Dr. Barry Spector completely wrote me off, saying Tylenol was all that would help and he couldn't do anything for me. When I asked for something for the cough, he wrote down over-the-counter Delsym and wouldn't prescribe me anything. After I left, I kept getting phone calls. Thankfully, someone else looked at my chest xray and confirmed pneumonia. They kindly called in more antibiotics for me and want me to return in 2 days for another follow up. I will NOT be seeing Dr. Spector. Typically, this PF is incredible. Fast, respectful, and they listen to their patients. However, this doctor is dangerous and should not be seeing patients. I will continue to bring my family to this PF, but if I see this doctor I'm running the other direction. He's lucky someone else was paying attention.

It was a very good experience that stands out from the rest. Lillian was very helpful and professional checking me in. It was refreshing and stands out because her customer service was above standard. Dr. Shannon helped me and this was my second time coming in and being seen by her. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful as well as standing out among her peers. It shouldn’t go unnoticed that the experience is above and beyond the norm. When I need help I come back specifically hoping that I’m seen and assisted by these two. I’ve been to this location as well as others several times for various things, those experiences have fallen very short. It goes without saying but when you’re not feeling well or have an injury, you hope to be met by professional caring individuals. Thank you ladies for your help and making this visit great. Daniel D.
