4 years agoFresh out of school, this was my first PAB job. I left after a month.Plans that still have residents who have died. PABs that offer no insight or help. No team work. If your loved one is hard of hearing, or doesn't understand French that is spoken quickly, then they are sure to be lost and not understand a thing here! PABs that sit around the residents while on their cell phones. PABs who force feed residents until they are spitting up.The PABs run the facility. They can talk to you however they want while the head nurse looks away. I was told I was too slow and that nobody would want to work with me.As I left this facility for the last time, a family member thanked me again for the great care I gave to their mother.
