if you came to give birth. this is a wonderful hospital with a wonderful attitude and service. but if you came with a nail in your leg or any bruise, or something hurts, you are sick, your month-old baby is sick, or you are in a terrible condition with a temperature of 41. you definitely should not go to this hospital. here the queues are 4,,6,8,10,12 hours and there is no guarantee that you will be helped. this is not a deferred care department, this is a disgrace to medicine!. but still, births are taken well here.

Exceptional Obstetrics staff that took care of me, my wife, and our new born. The food was taken care of. The nurses check in on us when we needed support. The staff went above and beyond with knowledge, expertise, and taking time to take our baby while we nap. It made our experience that much better.Thank you for helping us out

I have zero complaints with any of the staff who have treated me over the past year, my only criticism would not necessarily be the fault of the hospital, the emergency department seems majorly under staffed, dramatically so. If you have an emergency be prepared to wait upwards of 5 hours some times, but when you do eventually receive care they are top notch for sure, and they have my gratitude and respect for the care they have provided me, I'd rate the care 5 star for sure.

I was in hospital for 9 weeks straight and everything went very smoothly. could not ask for better health care. Came in by ambulance with a broken knee cap and fractured shoulder and they did X-rays almost right aways and ct scan and extra X-rays. I was in so much pain and they put me on iv and gave me pain meds almost right away. By 9:00 pm I was admitted and had surgery the next afternoon and had an awesome surgeon with very good bedside manners. Recovered for a week on surgical ward then went to rehab stayed there for about 8 weeks. Couldn’t ask for better nurses, healthcare aids and doctors. Including the physio team. So extremely thankful and this was my first time experiencing all of this.

Abysmal. Waited 12.5 hours to find out facial numbness was due to nerves inflamed and onset sinus infection but wasnt prescribed anything beyond "wait it out". Family member called in to check on me and front desk said i was discharged while i was still waiting to be seen by a doctor. Family member corrected them on this, and they said that i had seen the doctor when I was still waiting to see the doctor. Only way you'll get treated promptly is if you arrive via ambulance; and even then you might not get looked at. Green/Yellow/Orange/Red scale chart at front waiting area is useless because it's not followed. Followed up seeing Family GP and got a more detailed answer and prescription to treat symptoms.Honestly, You're better off driving the hour and a half to get to Boundary Trails in Winkler to get faster treatment than waiting at Bethesda.
