I came here when I was having some issues with pain in my foot while running. Jeff was my physiotherapist, and he was great! He found the problem quickly, I was honestly amazed how he was able to figure out what was wrong so fast. He had me do different movements with my foot to narrow in on the area causing me problems, gave me exercises to do to help, and soon I was running without any pain again! Everyone that I came into contact with here was super helpful & friendly, and the environment is bright & welcoming. Love the space! I would highly recommend Capture Therapeutics to anyone & everyone!

What a wonderful professional clinic. I have visited this clinic for two separate issues and Jeff knows just how to bring you back to where you thought there was no hope. He knows his physio.
