I’ve been seeing Thomas for a few years now, and he never disappoints! He always has relaxing spa music playing, which really helps me unwind. As someone who usually loves to chat, I appreciate that this time is just for me to relax and quiet my mind without feeling the need to make conversation. The calm and quiet atmosphere is perfect.I go in monthly for regular maintenance, and it’s a huge plus that their office handles direct billing. Today, I came in with shoulder pain, and it was great to experience some new techniques as Thomas focused on relieving it. His massage style isn’t light; it’s deep, intentional, and incredibly effective, which I love. He’s also very knowledgeable about how the body is connected and often suggests stretches I can do at home to support recovery from an Injury.In the past, there was always just a sheet on the table to get under, then one time a blanket was provided. I mentioned that I preferred the added warmth, and since then, he’s ensured that extra layer is ready for me every time. I really appreciate that attention to detail!

Everyone at Performance Integrated Health is so welcoming. I go there for a few things and I’m glad I chose this clinic. The girls at the front desk are lovely. Taylor and Heather are wonderful Massage Therapists. I just started Acupuncture with Christopher, and I'm still in shock with how my body felt after our session (in a good way). Ryan gets gold stars for being able to crack my stubborn body!! :)

Everyone is Very professional, it’s a clean environment and easy direct billing, they make things super smooth and I’ve always had great experiences. Highly recommend Levi, Thomas, and Cindy! Great for deep tissue, pregnancy massage, relaxation, trigger point release, really whatever you need!

Dr. Kusch is passionate about his patients and what he does for them; this is evident from the first moment you meet him. He is caring and gentle - in my experience, some chiropractors have a somewhat “rougher”’ touch, but Dr. Kusch is able to get results without causing discomfort. He listens to concerns, and is very supportive of any efforts to do the “right things” ie. maintain good posture, eat well, etc.; there’s no element of guilt, which is lovely. Dr. Kusch inspires trust and it’s easy to be honest with him.Dr. Kusch’s positive attitude is a joy, and makes every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend him!

I was recently in an accident and needed some help with my injuries. I found this place and it was a one stop shop. They have physio, chiropractors, RMTs etc. The lady I think Christie was phenomenal in explaining how my coverages work with ICBC and advised me of all my options. My first session was with Dr. Flatt a chiropractor and he was so patient and kind in helping me. I will continue seeing him but already feel a lot better. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. One of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with such a traumatic accident.
