I visited Chelsea for physiotherapy this past week. The office is up some stairs which was no issue in my case, but if you’re moving slowly you may take that into consideration. The whole clinic is clean, tidy, and the staff are all friendly. Chelsea was empathetic, listened carefully to what I’ve been experiencing, and offered a strategic and custom plan to get back to being pain-free. I’ve been doing my exercises for a few days now and I’m already noticing a difference. I may recommend some headphones or a headset for the receptionist as multiple calls were on speakerphone. I’m not sure if this was just a technical limitation that day or if this is common practice. Overall, great physiotherapy clinic and I’d be happy to go back.
Dr. Logan Senchuk @ Riversdale Location - Both my husband and I have been patients of Logan's for years. Logan has been incredible since day one. We had been to so many practitioners who do a quick adjustment, not Logan - he takes his time to ensure you are going to be feeling well leaving his office. Additionally, Logan has always taken an interest in us as individuals and asks about how we are doing personally at each appointment which makes you feel apprecaited as a patient! We would recommend highly!
Came in to see Jenna F at the Broadway location for massage for general recovery and injury prevention. As a runner, and general athlete I'm so happy to have found her and the whole team at Summit! Jenna is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
I also had an initial consult with Paul T. and regular interactions with Kathy at the front and found the standards of customer service, professionalism, and expertise are well upheld by everyone I've interacted with.
Highly recommend!
