Regina Gardens Long Term Care Residence

Regina Gardens became my dad’s home until his passing. While he initially resisted the move to long-term care, it turned out to be the best decision for him. Despite his declining health, he was truly happy there, and that brought our family so much comfort.The staff were incredible—kind, compassionate, and loving. They knew the little details about him that made him who he was, and it was clear how much they cared. They weren’t just caregivers; they were an extended family who celebrated his joys and mourned his loss alongside us.To the team at Regina Gardens, thank you for being his family when we couldn’t be there. We will always remember how you changed his life with your love and care. Your kindness meant everything to him and to us.

I can't thank the staff at Regina Gardens enough for the excellent, friendly, and considerate care they provided for my dad. Every time I went to visit, Dad was well cared for and his room was clean and orderly. The staff were in frequent contact with me, always keeping me up to date on any changes in Dad's health, no matter how seemingly minor. And it was obvious that the people working there really cared about Dad. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful to my sister and me. We appreciated them all so much.

The staff at Regina Gardens is always friendly and helpful. They maintain good communication with me regarding my mother in law and always call to let me know if there are any issues or problems , or if she needs anything, no matter how small.I appreciate this good communication.During this period of isolation for seniors the staff has facilitated my mother in law’s communication with family members through face time on the Ipad and she enjoys this very much.Regina Gardens continues to take every precaution to protect their residents and keep them safe during the pandemic.

My sister chose Regina Gardens as one of her three top choices for my mother and I am so thankful that Regina Gardens was her place of residence until her passing. My mother went to Regina Gardens because of her dementia. I cannot say enough of how well she was taken care of by all involved with Regina Gardens. I am so thankful that my mother spend her last years in the loving care of the staff at Regina Gardens. I live in Florida and would come back home to Hamilton regularly. I would go visit my mother everyday that I was home for my visit and every time I would go there I witnessed the care and compassion. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am and blessed that God lead my mother to Regina Gardens for the last and most difficult years of her life. My mother passed away on April 26th of this year. This was our family's first experience with a nursing home. The circumstances why we had to place my aging mother there were/are heartbreaking. However the staff, PSW's and nurses are very empathetic, patient and understanding on the difficult process it is for their loved ones of caring for not only my mother, but all the residents in Regina Gardens. They apply the same high level of compassion to each resident. They are good people. Recent investment to renovate the dining areas has made the home even more lovely.
