4 months agoI have been working with home instead Since day 1 they opened in Red Deer, I very much enjoy my job, I care, love & treat my clients as they are my own parents. It is a Privilege. & a pleasure to be Doing the job I have with home instead. The training was well prepared, not just for me but the employees with in my class. Also follow-up's, always ongoing support from both the company & fellow employees. We meet & support many interesting people with all different backgrounds, from All around the surrounding area of Red Deer Alberta.Also: LeAllison & Patti of Red Deer office are such amazing people, they are extremely hard workers behind the desk & on the outside of there desk. They go over & beyond to check on there employees they are always there when you need them they always answer fast weather if it's a call or message they get back once they are free too.Also: Head Office in Edmonton, they are a huge support and caring. They check on there employees all around, they are amazing.

7 months agoThey expect you to go to all day training unpaid. They also apparently don't pay staff in between clients, so you're using your own gas and miling up your vehicle without compensation. I left at 11:30, got there at 8:30. That's three hours of my time wasted, not 2. So thanks for not letting me know beforehand that I wouldn't be compensated for my time.
