My mother is so much happier at Piccadilly than her last home. Its a clean, comfortable environment which I am always happy to come visit her at. Nurses are great, friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as caring.
Sadly, this organization puts business before people. They often operate at critical staffing levels. I would be hard pressed to place my aging parents in a place like this and suspect their staffing issues relate to middle management's inability to put their ego aside and work others for the betterment of their client's stay. I feel bad for the residents who live here, especially now.

They are short staffed and it concerns me that the care of the residents suffers. I wish they would hire back the people they let go.
