Eisner Health – Lynwood

I've been going to this doctors for a couple of years now and ket me tell you it has gotten really bad I don't like going here anymore rhe only 3 doctors and keeps me going here is Dr. Hilson and Dr. Velasco there the only 3 oh no and Dr. Tony I love him to but the rest is really bad I had a appointment with Dr. Boi Today at 10am it is now 12:48pm right now and no call back really unperfesional it's sad because I had things to do and I'm here waiting on someone to call me they must think I don't have a life also they take forever to give you your paper work when your done seeing the doctor ugh I'm so upset.

Every Time I call nobody answers. Just keeps you waiting. The call back line hangs up after they call you and put you on hold for 5 minutes. That is horrible. I am waiting for results since the beginning of January.. I have been trying to call them since. There is no voicemail system.Tried again 03/01/2022... Your current queue position is 1. For over an hour. Position 1???

The doctors here are dedicated to give you best care, but the administration is terrible. I scheduled a physical, but they didn't provide a CBC order. Despite multiple calls, my physician didn't receive the message for the order. Front desk staff always have excuses. Wouldn't recommend and I am changing my primary care doctor due to the staff.

They didn't wanted to see my daughter that they were to busy and book. My daughter is assigned to this clinic and still got refused and call before going and was in the phone line for 45 mins for nothing. They could of told me before going over they couldn't see her but no they said I can go as a walk in. Then they send us to the urgent care we're they only do Tele vision over the monitor so no doctor onsite. Terrible services here I'm so done with this worthless clinic time to change my daughter to a different clinic were she can be seen without excuses. They really don't care about there patients. Sending your patients to urgent care or emergency room is not the solution to the problems.

This place is the worst!!! I tried to call to confirm my appointment that took a month to schedule just for them not to return my call...and to find out my appointment was today at 8:20 am they would always call to confirm but I guess they don't care about patients and mind that you will also be in the waiting room for more than an hour.
