Dr. Gilbert and his entire staff are top notch!! He takes the time needed to educate on what to expect during your procedure. He is professional, caring & attentive. I felt 100% confident in proceeding with my surgery and have had a wonderful experience. Shauna, one of his assistants and the one helping in my surgery, was nothing short of amazing, as well!! Highly recommend Dr. Gilbert & staff.
Dr.Gilbert and his staff were extremely professional, informative, helpful, & kind. They made sure we knew what to expect from surgery and alleviated any fears or concerns we had. Our family felt very confident in Dr. Gilbert’s abilities. We also appreciated the aftercare instructions and follow-up calls to see how our daughter was doing. We are very pleased and happy with having a very skilled surgeon and knowledgeable staff take care of our daughter. Dr Gilbert and his staff did a great job and took great care of our daughter.
Dr. Gilbert and his staff are absolutely amazing! My 17-year-old daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed, and they made the entire process so smooth. They thoroughly explained the procedure beforehand and patiently answered all of our questions. What impressed me the most was the follow-up call from Dr. Gilbert himself to check on her and address any additional concerns. That level of care and attention truly shows how much he values his patients. Highly recommend!
Today my sister had gotten her teeth pulled from Dr. Gilberto, first I want to start off with a very special shout out to the nurse Jacky! She was so sweet and attentive to my sister and was able to help my sister through her anxiety! Being able to trust and make our family feel safe with the care Dr and Jacky had provided had by far been the BEST experience we have EVER had. My family was very nervous about my sister going under anesthesia since we have had horrific experiences in the past but my sister did inform me the surgery went great she doesn’t even remember! Haha Dr. Gilberto was very kind and had no problem explaining everything to us not to mention his bedside manner was exceptional! My sis also did want me to mention that after the surgery she noticed others were rushing to get her out because it seems like they had a busy schedule and she started to feel a little unwell and was about to leave but without her having to say anything the nurse Jacky noticed and responded so quickly that my sister was able to recovery back to her normal self… aside from all the hilarious videos we all have now We are so beyond impressed and thankful by the care and skill this office provides. They even gave us a free coupon for a free smoothie! How great is that! If you want a amazing experience for your loved ones Dr. Gilberto, Jacky and the rest of the staff will make sure to provide everything and more. Thank you so much inland institute !
