I got the most professional cleaning from the Bernstein clinic. Gental and caring people are everywhere. As volunteer's they give a 100 percent. I am grateful 🥲.

ZERO stars. I went in for one specific procedure which is listed on their website as a service that is provided. First, I was contacted via TEXT the morning of my appointment asking to reschedule, which was extremely inconvenient. Most importantly, I left without getting ANY work done. I arrived under the pretense that I would be getting a specific procedure done, just for the “dentist” to waste my time by allowing students to examine me, and tell me what I already knew. They literally repeated to me the same exact thing I told them was wrong with my teeth in the first place. I even pointed out which teeth were painful at the beginning of the appointment. I left with no treatment, no more information than I already provided them, still in pain, not to mention I was told that I’d be contacted with my next appointment date and NO ONE has reached out. I was told at the very end (by a dentist whom was very rude) that the clinic did not have another dentist available to perform the procedure. Not to mention, the clinic was aware of my procedure for over a week, and this service is listed on their website. Instead of rescheduling me for a later time when the correct dentist would be in, the dentist I saw instead was very adamant on pulling a tooth that was able to be saved. Additionally, I’m not sure why an extraction was suggested when I was there for a completely different procedure, and mentioned at the start of the appointment that I wanted to save all my teeth. I wasted 45 minutes driving there, and 45 minutes driving back on two separate occasions. Why did the clinic NOT inform me that the procedure could not be done when I was contacted to “reschedule?” Completely unprofessional, disorganized, possessed a lack of communication, rudeness, additionally this clinic does not keep their word, they will reschedule your appointment the day of, provide inaccurate statements, etc.Side note: excuse any grammar infractions

First off just want to start off saying getting denied for something that’s suppose to be free is insane it’s not making any sense to me the amount of irritation I had walking out of that clinic was crazy I came up here twice I really needed to be seen by a doctor for a urgent matter both times but they denied me services NOT just ONCE but TWICE all because I didn’t have check stubs or I didn’t have 1049 I had everything else both times including the denial letter stating I don’t have no health insurance the first time I brought w2s instead they still denied me the lady at the desk I spoke to her over the phone before I got up there she made it seem like it was okay that I didn’t have the 1049 or check stubs that I can still just come up there and fill something out and I’ll still been seen by a doctor so that’s why I came all the way up there for her to switch up on me and say something entirely different than what she said over the phone was crazy i was only there 5 minute after I got denied without any services just like the first time I knew I shouldn’t had came back but I decided to give them another try ended up I regret it having to wait there to schedule me another ride to get picked right back up I was a first time patient there now I won’t be coming back terrible experience… I was more than irritated I was very livid

Great staff. Knowledgeable and friendly.. clean facility.. rooms were calming. They really care. If you know a VETERAN with NO dental coverage, please pass this information!! Tell them Cheryl Brown sent you.

I went here for 3 yrs. I would tell anyone most of the doctor's are very compassionate and care however you may get one that doesn't care to look through your file history or listen to you as a patient and write your perscription wrong on 4 occasions (perscriptions are important for those of us who need them) this was my last experience. It was horrible. It impacted the last 4 months of the year for me. I Hope they improve.
