Please work on your front desk staff, who are answering the calls. They have 0% customer care and ethics. I called more 20 times since yesterday to schedule an appointment, no one answered! Today I called someone picked up, she was very disrespectful and rude. she was telling me you can go somewhere else if you don’t like us, just because I complained why you guys are unable to to to answer the calls. As a MA I’m doing the same job for years, I never told the patient if you don’t like us you can somewhere else, even though I had very tough patients and rude behaviors.When the patient is complaining, that doesn’t means they don’t like you, actually that means the provider is giving hard time by some ways, and you should hear the complaints and problems and try to to find a solution for them, not to tell them if you don’t like us you can go somewhere else.I understand some employees don’t care what they are doing, but this kind of customer care, ethics with patients is very dangerous for the business owner, will hugely negatively affect your business by the time.

My mother had her first visit with pure smile dental group, very thorough evaluation and everything was explained step by step. Aside from her language barrier she was not treated any differently and staff was very helpful.

My mom had broken tooth and doctor Naicker and doctor Kotrob and the whole office people were so cooperative and nice. The job was well done.

Excellent service! Very thorough and I feel my teeth much cleaner than my previous dentist. Definitely recommended!
