I had a great experience at Dr. Derek Wong's dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Wong took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is modern and spotless, and you can tell they really care about their patients' well-being. The nostalgic 80’s music and retro poster decorations create a relaxing and welcoming vibe. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Wong!

Dr. Derek Wong and his team are heaven-sent and I'm glad I found them when I did.I have an extensive history with dental offices and procedures and knew from the moment I booked my first appointment that Dr. Wong's office was special. The communication leading up to my appointment (as well as during and after) was top tier and left a lasting impression on me.For the first time in my adult life, I did not tense up during a procedure. Dr. Wong is very patient, skilled and knowledgeable. He is also very personable which helped put me at ease! You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares for his patients.The office is very clean, equipped with the latest technology and has the best decorations. I look forward to my future visits and will be referring my family and friends to Dr. Derek Wong from this point forward!

My first visit to Dr. Derek Wong today went very well. Dr. Wong is caring, friendly and easy to talk with. His exam of my teeth was gentle and yet thorough while he made certain to match up what he saw in the xrays with what he saw in the exam. Upon receiving the record and xrays of my previous root canal, Dr. Wong called with his analysis and advice. Alyssa at the front desk is courteous, friendly and welcoming. She is very helpful and accommodating when scheduling an appointment. Even though it’s a visit to the dentist, especially a first visit, it was pleasant and relaxing. I’m confident now that I am in good hands and that my choice of a new dentist was the right one. Thank you.

Dear Dr. Wong, Here I was with an aching tooth and nowhere to go in Saratoga where we currently live. All the dentists that we contacted (about 12) were out for the holidays until Jan. 6th! In desperation I called your office to see if there was any possibility you would be working that day. Thank heavens you were there! It was decided that my tooth had to come out and you referred me to an oral surgeon, Dr. Adam Fagin. You went beyond and above kindness and generosity in helping me find answers to the pain I was experiencing. I am so grateful that you took me in that day. Thank you so much for your excellent care! I arrived Dr Wong’s office 5 mins earlier. The hygienist, Jared, called me in 3 mins later. No extra waiting time. Jared explained what he was going to do on my visit. He is polite and friendly. He was gentle on my teeth cleaning. I am very pleased. Dr. Wong checked my teeth carefully and gave me an update that everything is good. When I was waiting to check out with the front desk lady who was taking care another patient, Dr Wong did not want me to wait, he took care my check out.Another thing I like about Dr Wong’s office is they asked me if I want to donate the goodie bag to the charity, the goodie includes tooth brush, toothpaste and etc.. I thought this is a very nice thing they do, for a good cause.
