in the last weekDr. Amelia Gallagher was attentive and nice. I'm so happy to have her as my doctor. And Nurse Leah was the very best nurse I've ever had!

4 months agoEveryone who I have met there is kind and lovely. The front desk folks, the doctors, the pharmacists. Really lovely people with patience and friendliness. My interaction with my doctor was great. He seemed compassionate and competent. The pharmacist is very nice…However - the rest of my experience brings me to one star:A. As a new patient transferring prescriptions, all of my new amounts/dosages were wrong and did not transfer over.B. Once home, one bottle that was labeled to have 60 pills, only had 30 pills in it.. the quantity on the bottle did not match the quantity inside the bottle.C. Only one of the referrals I needed was placed, out of severalD. The referral is to a place in a city over an hour away, and instead of being in my network and covered, to a place that requires lengthy financial applications and fees (as opposed to a place in town that is covered by my insurance..)E. There is no easy way to contact the doctor or a nurse about these issues (none that I am aware of)F. The phone number is for a centralized phone system and not the actual office, so you get stuck in phone trees and end up having to talk to people who have never even been to the clinic you’re trying to contact, communication is convoluted, tiresome, it can feel next to impossible to get to someone in the office.

2 months agoJust don’t come here, it’s a complete waste of time and life. Primary care doctors are too busy to see you after an emergency room visit? I’ve never heard of such a thing. Calling to schedule appointments? The call center may promise to send a message and promise your doc will call you back but no one ever does. If you’re looking for good care by people who care about people? Keep looking because this is not the place to go!

4 months agoDO NOT GO HERE!!!! The doctors here do not keep hardly any type of record of their clients. That is if you are lucky enough to keep a primary doctor there because they go through them so fast here. The pharmacy does a horrible job when it comes to mailing your your prescriptions as well to horrible costumer service. I even had problems when I brought my service dog in by the security there. They have such a lack of professionalism as well as a high incompetence rate. If you are smart and actually care about your health you will avoid this place.

5 months agoThis is not a good place to go to. They talk down on you and when you’re here when the emergency room instructed you to get an appointment as soon as possible, which is supposed to be within three days they will tell you that they have nothing for you available for a month when you’re dealing with something serious and need to be seen as soon as possible. I have to look for another doctor because these guys do not care about their patient enough to give them the respect that they deserve and that help that they need. I have even spoke to a doctor about Seeking counseling here and they used that against me when I was sick and tried to tell me it was all in my head, which then resulted in me having surgery later on. Now I’m having another severe issue. I need to see a doctor as soon as possible and they’re telling me they can’t see me for a month. This is a horrible doctors office like I said, they treat patients with the upmost disrespect.
