I love the concept of this place! It is a wonderful integration for our community especially with the large senior population here. The treatment I have received here has been great. They truly seem to care from the doctors to the receptionist. The exam rooms for physical health and dental are both clean and organized with updated equipment. The laboratory is also nice and very professional. I highly recommend this place for your physical, dental, and healthcare needs.

I would pick a different location because they have taken on too many patients to stay efficient. I can barely get them on the phone. Most of the time, they don't call back if you leave a message. So meds and questions remain in limbo until you see the doctor face to face. Oh and the app is terrible!

Zero stars. Arrived early and still wasn’t called back until half an hour later past my appointment time. Doctor didn’t answer all my questions before racing to the next patient. Because they were so late my transportation canceled. It was all just one big mess and I’d never return.

I called and scheduled my boyfriend's appointment 3 weeks in advance. Because they had no openings, he was advised to get a physical. What she also was due 4 because they believe at a different office that his blood count is low. So he waits 3 weeks requests time off of work to be at this appointment and these people in the office told him he had already canceled his appointment. And he never even spoke to anybody.They contacted a random number and that number canceled.So not only did we lose money for our home and family.But they also refuse to see him and refuse to even help him also would not let him speak to the doctor. This has happened him several times and the people at the front clearly don't do their job Useless as hell.!!

I was very disappointed. I’m a first time patient that was scheduled with Dr. Moore-Baldwin and my appointment was for 11 AM. I arrived at 11:10 because I went next-door to the admin office first, which they didn’t inform me was the wrong building prior to my appointment. Then when I arrived at the desk, the receptionist(white lady) told me that I had to be rescheduled because I didn’t get there at 10:30, I said my prescreen information was completed through the link you all sent, so why did I have to be here at 10:30? She then said, well you still were 15 minutes late for your appointment at 11, I said OK don’t even worry about it, it’s not even 1115 yet I’ve wasted time standing here going back and forth with you. It’s crazy that there is no grace period, and we have work, lives, traffic etc.
