2 months agoDr. Dang is one of the nicest dentists I have ever seen. Everyone at the office are amazing. They got me in extremely fast. I love that you can text with them if you having any questions or needs. If I could I would give Silver Creek Dental and Vision far more than 5 stars! I will recommend them to any of my family and friends.

9 months agoI was seen there today for a single tooth extraction and it was a great experience. I was extremely anxious about this so I was given sedation and the care they provided during my appointment was very good. They dimmed the lights, had soft music playing and even gave me a blanket to stay warm. Dr. Dang consistently monitored me while waiting for the sedatives to start working. Once he started working on my tooth it went very quickly and they even wheeled me out to the car when I was finished. They only take my insurance for extractions but if they took it for other things then I would definitely make this my permanent dentist. Thank you to Dr. Dang and all of his staff for taking such good care of me and not judging me for not having the best teeth and for being very anxious. They also were able to see me very quickly!

9 months agoWhen I shared that I already had 4 wisdom teeth removed my DR. GUTTU (who is amazing!!!) in Mount Vernon and that I was awake, NOT sedated during the procedure, the assistant acted like I was lying because I have two extra (one on either side of the top of my mouth) needing removal four years later. "Sure" she said when I stated I already had four removed. Later during my same consult with Dr Dang I asked if everything was covered by insurance Dr Dang said "Yes, but we're practically doing it for free so we do suggest a $50 tip for us".RED FLAG AS NO CARE PROVIDER SHOULD ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN IT IS THEIR JOB.You NEVER deserve extra dollars when you should be in your line of work to care for people, not to make money off the backs of scared clients. The kid at the front desk was nice but the entire office was disorganized and they lost my referral and I had to re-send it.My wisdom teeth has further impacted my bite, Dr Dang said that wasn't the case but that's an example of him minimizing my experience before I was even under the knife, and I would rather go somewhere else where I'm not belittled and where I am treated with respect.I was given a referral by Sea Mar in Mount Vernon and I will ask for a different referral for somewhere else, even if I have to find a different provider myself.

2 years agoDr. Dang is a wonderful dentist. I had an urgent wisdom teeth removal last week, and Dr. Dang was extremely kind. I was nervous for my procedure since I am well past the age that wisdom teeth are normally removed, and I have not been to the dentist in many years. Dr. Dang was very generous and came in on his day off to perform the removal. He was gentle, informative, and very kind through the whole process. He explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was surprised at how smoothly the removal went. If you have fear of dental work because you haven't been keeping up on your dental appointments Dr. Dang is a great choice. He checked in with me often, and listened to my needs. I am so happy to have found this wonderful dentist, and will be recommending him to everyone!

a year agoI just had 5 teeth pulled today. Was the worst experience of my life! I got there and got a bunch of shots, which hurt like hell, and I was told oh it doesn't hurt. Stop crying." Then when he came to check if I was numb and he would ask if I felt it, and I said yes, it still hurts he would get mad at me like It was my fault. Then the same things after he gave me a few more numbing shots. And just cause I said ow when he poked it he keep saying do u not just want me to do this? Do u just not want the surgery today and I can just not do it.. then he told me I'm doing this for free and he wasn't even though I have state insurance it was completely covered.. he told me so many times to stop crying and it doesn't hurt and was just down right disrespectful. I keep telling him I'm sorry it hurts its not my fault. Like that's why I am here cause they hurt and I want them out. I recorded the next interactions once it was numbed enough I guess and he was still going on and on about how it doesn't hurt. I know there is more I'm forgetting but it was such a traumatizing experience and I've had teeth pulled before. This man that run this clinic is absolutely mean.
