4 months agoDealt with a rude front desk guy and his boss. I had scheduled my daughter's appointment 2 months prior before a visit. Stood in line to wait to be called. When finally called from standing there for minutes- he looked up the appointment and said to reschedule 4 minutes late. Not even a hi, how are you today. Just said what's the last name and looked at me if I was dumb. I asked for a supervisor, then she went to go get her boss, and she has no empathy. If you work in a clinic/hospital setting, there should always be. All I asked is where in policy does it say on paper or online that it says you have to be there 30 minutes prior to be seen. Without any hesitation and me saying that it was her employees' fault for letting me stand there past the time. She said I had to approach them even though they had someone in line, and even after they didn't, I still waited. There's a sign that says, ( protocol ) when standing to wait for someone to call you 🤦♀️ and that's what I did, but his BOSS said I should have approached them no matter what?? Really, what a joke. No good customer service was shown. Will not be returning, but please know your policy and have it stated when calling that 30 minutes on the dot, and if you are waiting in line, it counts (it's a joke). Anyhow, I told her God bless and left. And all she kept saying was, "Do you want to reschedule or not?" Other than that, people do actually time out of their job to come bring their family members. Be nice. If you want someone to reciprocate the same attitude, you show it as well.Thanks.

6 months agoI attended therapy here for almost two years. I had gotten to know my therapist well & she knew me well. She was the ONLY reason I continued to come to Healthpoint.I called to schedule an appointment with her and they tell me she no longer works there???!!They gave me absolutely no warning so I could prepare & find a new therapist before being unable to work with her anymore. They left me feeling abandoned. Depressed more than before, having a harder time taking my pills. Still trying to motivate myself to find a new therapist. Thanks a lot, Healthpoint!!

5 months agoI got tested for std’s here. When I got the phone call for results the first thing she says is that I’m not immune for hepatitis B, she made it sound like I was sick and needed to get the vaccine, using misleading terminology to entice me into getting a hepatitis B vaccine. I only got the truth out of her by repeatedly asking the same question like “what is hepatitis B” “Am I sick?” “Do I need it?”. I almost let them poison my perfectly youthful good health.

7 months agoGot lost so I called the number of the place, it went to a call center so the person guided me through google maps. When I finally got in for my appointment I was 5 minutes late and they refused to see me. The lobby also gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Waited 3 months to see the doctor just to be turned away, currently looking for a new primary now.

8 months agoFloors are absolutely disgusting. Both times I brought my brother here, there were nasty rusty gunky splotches, wads of hair and dirt everywhere. This makes me really uncomfortable that other surfaces aren't being cleaned properly either. A medical facility should not have a floor that looks like a Walmart. The doctors were really nice and that aspect of this place was fine, but I just... ugh, it's too gross for me, sorry. Gonna take my brother elsewhere.
