3 months agoThe pharmacy has only excellent professionals!! They are people who are fully prepared to serve the people who come to be served. 5 stars is not enough to evaluate these pharmacy professionals! They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

in the last weekThe one thing that I do not understand is, when the waiting room is almost empty and there are 5 receptionists, why do they always take 20-40 minutes to answer the phone? It does not make any damn sense.

5 months agoThe waiting room is crowded and noisy, and my appointment was over half an hour late. This clinic also refuses to prescribe or refill any controlled substances, but made no attempt to notify me when I scheduled an appointment with a new doctor for medication management. My visit today was therefore a complete waste of time I could have spent trying to find a doctors office that can actually accommodate my needs.

3 months agoPlease be aware if you do not have insurance or the right insurance. You may very well be turned away. Even if you have the ability to pay out of pocket. Expectation of medical treatment cannot be guaranteed. Our son had an appointment Oct 3rd at the Bothell Healthpoint clinic I was travelling out of the country. My wife and I sent hundreds of dollars so he could get consult from a medical professional. He arrived and was questioned repeatedly about not having insurance. Was not allowed to see a medical professional. Left in disgust Was pulled over by a police officer for driving erratically due to the pain. Eventually he got care at Evergreen ER.

4 months agoThe doctor I saw (Dr Euwey-sp?) was a complete joke! I went there to transfer my care from Seamar & I definitely won’t be going back! As well, their office was nasty & the staff was far from professional. The doctor looked like he just crawled out of bed & had zero personality.
