I love the dentist here. However the dental assistant put her gloves on the touched the computer then preceeded to do my x-rays. That's how you catch things honestly. She was nice but I didn't like that.
therapist is good but don’t see dr. bennett unless you want to be viewed as a potential pill seeker, medicated like a psychotic when you just have severe anxiety, and not feel any better and in fact feel maybe even worse, and be told lies about your hospital records… i asked him if he thought i had adhd and he responded with “no. none of the hospitals have diagnosed you with that” when one did before i even asked him that question and he knew about and saw those medical records, i refuse to believe he didn’t…. unless he read my medical records with his eyes closed… he had access to everything. dropped him finally and i just hope the next psychiatrist is competent and helpful.
I have the worse experience in this place . i called to schedule physical exam with any doctor they refuse and they give me appointment after 2 months and the appointment was for my job requirement. after i wait 2 months they called me day before telling me i have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor will be out. every time i make appointment i meet the physician not the doctor and i paid out of packet every time or even over the phone for follow up result . this place is scam. don't go there. i end up wait for a year until my enrollment open to done with this horrible place.
The healthcare received was mediocre at best. I didn’t feel listened to or taken seriously with my concerns. They then applied the incorrect insurance information so nothing was covered. I caught it immediately and notified them. Nearly six months later they still refused to fix it even though they were told exactly what needed to be done in order to fix THEIR mistake and get me coverage for my three visits and medications. Their absolute refusal to fix it really comes off as they just wanted money and were going to get it no matter what. Also, good luck getting in contact with them or getting anything done unless you walk in to the clinic. Their customer service on the app/website took months to respond, and when I called them on the phone they hung up. Absolutely will NEVER go back and will never promote them.
waits are way too long. I came innto get my kid a swab lab done and have been waiting for r nearly 2 hours and still waiting. very disappointing wait for such a simple procedure .
