Wrigleyville Dental

Wrigleyville Dental has always treated my dental problems with the utmost care and focused attention on the situation. I never have felt rushed by any of the staff. I know that I’m in “good hands” every time I arrive for an appointment. I must add that Dr Teplitsky is an exceptional dentist who is also knowledgeable in the safest and healthiest dental procedures for her patients.

I guess nothing stays the same. My whole family has been with Wrigleyville for over 8 years. We have been loyal customers, even with the frequent turnover of staff and the rather high prices. We have received good care and have always paid our statements. But the practice has changed with the hiring of a new office manager. Now, it is all about the money. The office manager, Amy, told me that payment for my services must be made in advance and that I would receive no treatments until payment was made. She likened her dental practice to an auto repair shop, where you can't get your car back until you have paid in full. Fortunately there are many good dentists in Chicago and I don't need to go to a practice that treats me like Lincoln Towing.

Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Casey did my cleaning and Teplitsky did my exam. Both were very thorough, they took their time, explained things as they went along, and educated me on why they recommended a particular treatment plan. I appreciate that they are conservative and holistic. Highly recommended!

The staff and doctors are great! Love that they're holistic and they don't try to upsell things like root canals...but rather try to keep your teeth healthy so you'll never need one. But I do think they're quite expensive...and not in my delta dental network unfortunately. Part of the cost is reimbursed, but compared to a dentist in my network where I hadn't paid anything in 20 years, this one is costing me a lot more money, just for cleanings. But I trust them more than I would a dentist in my network, so I choose them.

I have never met another dentist or a doctor that is as knowledgeable or approachable as Dr. Bernice. My appointment went over an hour and she answered all my questions, considered my holistic medical and dental situation and provided treatment options in details so that I can make an educated decision.
