Wonderful experience the staff and doctors took great care of my son and went the extra mile to make sure that his teeth are healthy and strong. Very clean and modern everyone was so warm hearted and nice. We will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
This place is a scam, all they do tell their patients that they are all booked 3 months out, and they will call you when their schedule opens for 3 months from now.
My father walked in with moderate dental pain, they took x-rays and told him that you need deep cleaning, extractions and other dental work.
When it was time to schedule him, he needs to wait 3 months to be on the schedule just to get one quadrant of cleaning done.
I asked if he can be scheduled for extraction atleast so he can get some relief and we can get him out of the pain. Then, they told him to go to Highland emergency hospital. I have taken my dad to this facility multiple times, all I have seen dentists doing the exam and telling the patients what work needs to be done. BUT NO ACTUAL WORK DONE FOR PATIENTS, atleast for my dad for sure. Front office take calls and it sounds like a repeated/default message to all other patients that how busy their practice is, and they are short staff so that’s how they are scheduling their patients 2-3 months out. SO RIDICULOUS!
Definitely a systematic way of making patients so frustrated that they eventually give up and don’t show up to their appointments.
Is there any check and balance for this organization?? It’s a SCAM!! STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!!
I took my son to axis dental clinic in Dublin because he had pain and they did the Xray and check up and made their money and asked me to bring him back in two months. I talked to DR HASAN MARIUM and told her that he has pain and you just saw her but she is the dumbest doctor I ever seen. So rude. Total trash.
